During my first full day in Osaka, the second largest city in Japan, I left the Dotonbori hotel and carried about 100lbs of backpacks on my back. I ended up hiking a few miles to the Osaka Castle, and then decided to climb the steps to the top of the castle with my luggage. Next time, I'm going to use their luggage check service for $1 per bag. This is a photo from the top of Osaka castle. You can see some baseball players practicing on the field below.
